When you are not always in Spain, it is reassuring to know that someone regularly checks on your home and prepares it when you arrive.
With Sereno Complete we combine everything in one package: two inspections per month, plus preparation before your arrival and care after your departure.
You have one local point of contact and know what is happening around your home.
What do we inspect?
During each visit we go through the most important parts of your home according to a fixed checklist.
Clear reporting.
After each visit you receive a clear overview. You see when the inspection took place, which parts were checked and whether there are points of attention.
The report contains the checked parts, supporting photos, any points of attention and the agreed follow-up action.
When we flag something, we first discuss with you what is needed. With your permission we can then engage a suitable local party or arrange access to the home.

If you would like more frequent inspections, for example weekly, we are happy to arrange that with you.
For villas larger than 200 m² a surcharge of €25 per month applies.
Additional visits, work, materials and external suppliers are charged separately.
Sereno Complete is a practical and visual home inspection, combined with preparation before arrival and care after departure. It is not a structural survey, technical inspection, security service or guarantee that damage or malfunctions can be entirely prevented.
